Please Note: Students will be required to bring their own lunch from Monday to Thursday.

The Full Day Programs will incorporate many of our successful on-ice programs with an exciting variety of off-ice activities, all of which will be under the direction of our highly acclaimed and dedicated staff.

TECHNICAL CURRICULUM (ON ICE)

• 3 hours of ice time daily
• 1 hour of power skating daily
• Techniques will include: balance, edge control, power position, forward and backward striding, stopping and starting, power turns, crossovers, pivots and reverse points
• All-round skill development which includes: puckhandling, passing, shooting and scoring
• Individual and team tactics
• Daily scrimmage

TECHNICAL CURRICULUM (OFF ICE)

• Daily dry land training and flexibility
• Daily hockey talk
• Daily Activities
