"We just wanted to let you know that we were totally impressed with the way it ran. We were involved in other camps this year, and your camp in many ways outshone the others.
What made your camp outstanding:
-All the kids were welcomed not just the well known kids.
-All the instructors and assistants payed attention to the kids giving lots of encouragment and also making sure they had fun!
-They came home each night talking about something new they learned.
-You have such a wide variety of skills and knowledge to offer the kids. Getting them to think so much about technique to improve their skating and skills is fantastic.
-The goalies were involved and were always kept busy.
-Healthy snacks for the kids like fruit!
-Your camp felt like camp to the kids, not like a hockey drill session. They had fun.
These are just a few of the things that stood out and the kids are looking forward to 2010.

Xcelerate hockey was founded in January 2008 on the basis that young hockey players need to understand, and excel at, the fundamental skills
of the game.
After travelling the world playing hockey, the lead instructor at Xcelerate Hockey, I have seen the impact that a solid foundation in hockey skills
can have on a young player. In today's game, there is added emphasis
on player speed, however great players require the ability to maintain
puck control and on-ice awareness when playing a faster game.
The goal of Xcelerate Hockey is to:
1. Isolate fundamental hockey skills,
and then improve them through a series of focused drills.
2. Produce players who are more confident in their abilities, make better hockey decisions and ultimately enjoy the game.
Our highly experienced coaching staff is ready to work with players of
any skill level to ensure that their development is paramount. Xcelerate Hockey believes that fundamental skills are the foundation to each players success. |
