Please Note: Students will be required to bring their own
lunch
from Monday to Thursday.
The Full Day Programs will incorporate
many of our successful on-ice programs with an exciting variety of off-ice activities, all of which will be under the direction of our highly acclaimed and dedicated staff.
- 3 hours of ice time daily
- 1 hour of power skating daily
- Techniques will include: balance, edge control, power position, forward and backward striding, stopping and starting, power turns, crossovers, pivots and reverse points
- All-round skill development which includes:
puckhandling, passing, shooting and scoring
- Individual and team tactics
- Daily scrimmage
- Daily dry land training and flexibility
- Daily hockey talk
- Daily Activities

Xcelerate does not have a formal program
for goalies, however we can offer ice time
to goaltenders in our programs. When not
in
the net receiving many shots, they have
the opportunity to take part in the skills being taught to the other participants. These skills include skating and puckhandling.
Please register in the appropriate boxes on the registration form. Each goaltender must have his or her own equipment.
The groups where the goaltenders are required and the costs are as follows:
